I got back safely from my week’s exploratory expedition to the Coast very early this morning. I reckon I spent about 28 hours on the road in 2 buses, 7 taxis, 2 pick ups, and on lots of motorbike taxis. I showed my ID to one police and one army checkpoint. And I said multiple times: ‘Yes, Scotland is the place where the men wear skirts.”
